About

Our perspective on financial management is informed in part by our grounding in the social sciences – an unusual background for our profession.

Our team's graduate and post-graduate training in historical research and analysis enabled us to pursue opportunities at the RAND Corporation, at Yale University’s International Security Studies, at McKinsey & Company, and most recently, at Morgan Stanley. Each of these opportunities heightened our ability to understand and respond effectively to complex situations. We apply this distinctly intellectual approach to the work we do for our clients.

Bowersock Capital Partners provides comprehensive financial management for a select number of successful professionals, business owners, and high net worth families.

We develop and execute detailed, individualized, long-term strategies for growing, protecting, and ultimately transferring both assets and values to future generations.

We go beyond the conventional role of advisor and wealth manager. We work hard to become a true partner with our clients, persistently advocating for their best interests.

We are passionate and effective problem solvers. We employ our extensive and diverse experience to comprehensively address the complex financial challenges our clients face. We are disciplined, thorough, and rigorously analytical; we pay meticulous attention to detail. Our diligence, thoughtfulness, and creativity allow us to find solutions to even seemingly intractable problems.

Nationally Ranked by Forbes1 and Working Mother2 magazines.

1 America’s Top Women Advisors ranking was developed by SHOOK Research and is based on in-person and telephone due diligence meetings to evaluate each advisor qualitatively, a major component of a ranking algorithm that includes: client retention, industry experience, review of compliance records, firm nominations; and quantitative criteria, including: assets under management and revenue generated for their firms. Investment performance is not a criterion because client objectives and risk tolerances vary, and advisors rarely have audited performance reports. Rankings are based on the opinions of SHOOK Research, LLC and not indicative of future performance or representative of any one client’s experience. Neither Forbes nor SHOOK Research receive compensation in exchange for placement on the ranking. Awards or rankings are not indicative of future success or results, and should not be construed as an endorsement of the advisor.

2 SHOOK™ Research considered women advisors with children living at home under 21 years old. Ranking algorithm is based on qualitative measures derived from telephone and in-person interviews and surveys: service models, investing process, client retention, industry experience, review of compliance records, firm nominations, etc.; and quantitative criteria, such as assets under management and revenue generated for their firms. Investment performance is not a criteria because client objectives and risk tolerances vary, and advisors rarely have audited performance reports. Rankings are based on the opinions of SHOOK Research, LLC. Neither SHOOK nor Working Mother receive compensation from the advisors or their firms in exchange for placement on a ranking.
