Kathy Olds

Kathy Olds has worked with many of our clients for more than twenty years. She began her career at Dean Witter, Morgan Stanley’s predecessor firm, in 1992 and joined our team in 2009. During her nearly three decades in financial services at Morgan Stanley, she earned the Series 7, 9, 10, 31, 63, and 66 licenses. Kathy knows the business, and she knows our clients. She manages charitable giving strategies, lending – including structured lending, mortgages, and portfolio lines of credit – as well as 529 plans, insurance, and annuities. Kathy also manages the daily operations of the office with a notably wry and occasionally acerbic sense of humor. She studied communications at the University of Kansas and lives in Lawrence. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
